Help us, help our students.

Jackson has made a great start in collecting the Earn and Learn points from Woolworth this year. So far we have collected over 12,000 points, well beyond our target of 10,000. Make sure you ask for the stickers each time you shop at Safeway. You can either send them in to school in your child's communication book or place them in the box in the school foyer. We also have a box at the St Albans Safeway.

Thanks for your support and help in improving our school.

LEAP Motion has arrived at Jackson!

That's right, Jackson School is the first school in Australia to take possession of the latest piece of immersive technology, the LEAP Motion. We are currently experimenting with our DEV Kit by using a variety of different apps and programs. It is hoped that over time, new apps can be made that will help students in their educational journey and provide them with new and unique learning experiences.
Check out more on the LEAP here.

LEGO Club @ Jackson

The all new LEGO Club for Jackson School students is underway in library and eLearning centre.
Successful is an understatement. Students are engaged, creative, sociable and there are some absolutely wonderful examples of older students helping younger students.

 Our new office is complete!

Well, after months of construction, moving of offices, and many confused parents and carers, our brand new office is finally complete!
With beautiful new monitors showing off our wonderful students in both the office and our Principal, Bev Fegan's room, it is a welcoming and exciting place to be.
Our office ladies love being able to see out into community around them and are always ready to help visitors to our school.
Come on down and take a look.

Jackson School is proudly supported by these local businesses.
