YOUNG ADULTS DEPARTMENT

The Young Adults program is centred around community access with total emphasis on independent living (personal management, self-care, home skills, social skills, community skills and recreation and leisure)

The "Futures for Young Adults" is an initiative administered jointly by the Department of Human Services and D.E.E.T. (Department of Education and Employment Training.)   It is not compulsory to participate in the "Futures" program but the student will not be able to continue enrolment at Jackson school after the end of the year that he/she turns 18 years of age.
